Sadeer Sabbak is a trial lawyer, who specializes in criminal defense and DUI defense. Mr. Sabbak has been named one of the Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Attorneys in the State of Georgia by the National Trial Lawyers Association. In Georgia, Sabbak is known for being an aggressive criminal defense attorney that zealously advocates for the rights of his clients. He has handled many complex criminal cases and has obtained “Not Guilty” verdicts in cases involving murder, drug crimes, sex offenses, and DUIs. Sabbak has also secured numerous dismissals and reductions in charges, from serious felonies to minor offenses.

Sadeer Sabbak received his J.D. from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. While in law school, Sabbak knew that he wanted to be a trial lawyer, specifically a criminal defense attorney, so he participated in activities that helped him achieve that goal. He was selected to the National Mock Trial Team, where he received hands-on training in trial techniques and strategy. Sabbak served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael C. Bolden in the South Boston District Court. Additionally, he was a Student Attorney for the Boston Public Defenders Office.
After graduating law school, Sadeer Sabbak worked at the Augusta Public Defenders Office, where he gained significant experience as a criminal defense attorney and trial lawyer. Sabbak handled hundreds of cases, ranging from DUIs and drug crimes to aggravated assault, rape, and murder. During his first year as an attorney, Sabbak obtained “Not Guilty” verdicts in jury trials for murder, child molestation, and two separate DUIs. He has obtained many more “Not Guilty” verdicts in the years since.
A native of Metro Atlanta, Sadeer Sabbak returned home to start his own law firm. Sabbak represents clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies at all stages of the criminal process. He is a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Sabbak is licensed to practice law in all Georgia Courts.
