Olga Izmaylova is a criminal defense attorney with a significant amount of trial experience. She has been named one of the Top 40 Under 40 Criminal Defense Attorneys in the State of Georgia by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Olga is committed to getting every single client the best possible result in their case. She has successfully secured many reductions in clients’ charges, as well as outright dismissals. She has also obtained “Not Guilty” verdicts for clients charged with Murder, Armed Robbery, Home Invasion, Aggravated Assault, and many other crimes.

Olga was born in Russia, but grew up in Alpharetta, Georgia, where most of her close family still lives. She graduated from Chattahoochee High School and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Georgia State University. She then moved to Florida to attend the University of Miami School of Law.
During law school, Olga completed a one year Litigation Skills program, which taught her valuable trial skills and landed her a summer internship at the Fulton County Public Defenders Office. Olga was on the Executive Board of The Race and Social Justice Law Review as the Senior Articles Editor. She was also selected to participate in the Federal Appellate Clinic, where she helped secure the clinic’s first victory before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. She completed legal research for one of her professors, and assisted him in writing an Evidence textbook. After graduating UM Law with honors, Olga moved back to Georgia to be close to her family, and has been practicing criminal defense ever since.
Olga is very passionate about criminal defense and prides herself in providing the best possible representation to each of her clients.
